A to I – Business Health Check
- Service – By requesting an A to I Business Health Check, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which govern your use of this service. This service assesses a business’s current performance (Actual) compared to best practice standards (Ideal) resulting in a customised Business Improvement Plan.
- Request – Upon submission of your contact information, Browsup Consulting will send you an email containing a unique link, username, and password to access the online A to I Business Health Check. There is no charge for requesting access to the Business Health Check and/or for receiving the initial email with login credentials.
- Submission – By choosing to complete and submit health checks from up to 3 respondents, you agree to incur a service fee $495 + GST. This fee covers the analysis of your health check responses which highlights any gaps between your Actual and Ideal outcomes.
- Billing and Payment – After submitting the health check, Browsup Consulting will issue an invoice for $495 + GST within 3 business days of submission with a payment due within 14 days of the invoice date. Payment details included on the invoice.
- Responsibilities – The Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the contact information provided and prompt payment of the invoiced amount. Non-payment may result in suspension of future services and/or additional fees.
- Privacy – Browsup Consulting values your privacy and will handle all submitted information with confidentiality. Your data will only be used to provide the health check service.
- Refunds – Once the health check has been submitted and processed, the service fee is non-refundable. If you wish to cancel the service before submitting the health check, no charges will be applied.
- Liability – Browsup Consulting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the A to I Business Health Check.
- Changes – Browsup Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website, and continued use of the health check service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. By proceeding with the A to I Business Health Check, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
